Arthouse Houston is a modern, sophisticated and edgy 3 bedroom home. A hot tub and firepit on the back patio make for a great night “out.” The open concept welcomes you into warm colors, curated art pieces and a recessed fireplace. A large backyard area with a custom mural is ideal for pictures and entertaining. Arthouse offers a spacious, luxury stay while being conveniently located and only 10 minutes from downtown Houston.

*4 cars in both driveways
*additional street parking in front of home (no more than 2 cars)
Key Rules:

*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in
*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour early.
*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.
-Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.
